The Bank,a 21 story building is located in the heart of Birmingham's vibrant centre, close to the picturesque canal network. This interior design brief is for a 1 bed off-plan flat for a first time landlord with a new build. The intention is to let the flat short term  on an Air B&B format, competitive to local hotels.
