Exeter Flat Conversion

I hired Annie to help me with a newly purchased 3 bedroom flat in Exeter.   As the property was going to be used for students, I was keen to get Annie to help me make the most of each room with the furniture I had chosen.   With Annie's help each bedroom came together quickly, taking into consideration the room size and shape.  Annie was extremely helpful and understood my brief entirely.  I would highly recommend Annie to anyone thinking of using an interior designer.

Victorian 3 bed flat
Simple, modern decor

Danuta lives in Harrogate and her daughter Nicole was offered a place at Exeter University with two friends.  Danuta found a fantastic Victorian ground floor 3 bed conversion in June 2021. So with a deadline of late August we had to design and create the flat to be move-in ready for the start of term.  The internal fit out was impeccable and all Victorian features had been maintained, together with a high spec luxury kitchen, 2 en-suites, bathroom and terrace garden, party ready for outdoor entertaining.

The flat was spacious but as in many period buildings had irregular shaped rooms with lots of awkward niches, but the architectural features also provide character.  The 3 bedrooms were of a good size and included an en-suite or close proximity to the bathroom.  The kitchen was literally at the heart of the flat, spacious with an island and generous dining area with French windows opening onto the garden.  Ikea was our go-to retailer as we planned out each study bedroom with exact furniture layout and accessories.  A good fun project which anyone, never mind students, would be happy to move into!
