Exeter Flat Conversion

Danuta lives in Harrogate and her daughter Nicole was offered a place at University in Exeter with two Uni friends.  Danuta found a fantastic Victorian ground floor 3 bed flat conversion in June 2021.   So with a deadline of late August, we had to design and create the flat for 3 students to move into ready to go from the first day. The internal fit out was impeccable and all the Victorian features had been maintained, high ceilings, cornices, together with a high spec luxury kitchen, 2 en suites,  a bathroom and terrace garden.

The flat was spacious, but like a lot of Victorian conversions had irregular shaped rooms with lots of nooks and crannies giving it real  character.  Overall the 3 main bedrooms for the girls were of a good size either including an en suite or close proximity to the bathroom.  The kitchen was the main heart of the flat, spacious with an island and a generous dining area with French windows onto the garden.  Ikea was our friend as we planned out each study bedroom with the exact furniture layout and accessories - a good fun project which any student would be happy to move into!

I hired Annie to help me with a newly purchased 3 bedroom flat in Exeter.

As the property was going to be used for students, I was keen to get Annie to help me make the most of each room with the furniture I had chosen.   With Annie's help each bedroom came together quickly, taking into consideration the room size and shape.

Annie was extremely helpful and understood my brief entirely.

I would highly recommend Annie to anyone thinking of using an interior designer.
