The Bank,a 21 story building is located in the heart of Birmingham's vibrant centre, close to the picturesque canal network. This interior design brief is for a 1 bed off-plan flat for a first time landlord. The intention is to let the flat short term on an Air B&B format, competitive to local hotels.

Louise's loft could be in New York or London, It had all the beams, height, architecture. But the mixture of furniture and decor created a bit of confusion. 3D visuals gave it real loft style with the essential distressed breakfast bar, metals, brick facing and bold artwork.
Sue's kitchen dilemma, (lasting years) was due to the difficulty in visualising how the galley kitchen and square dining room could combine into one large open plan kitchen. The day after Sue had seen the 3D's, decision made, she visited the kitchen designers and got builder quotes!

Fiona's cottage had a long, narrow layout. The back kichen had no view of the pretty garden. A 3D visual resited a new country kitchen to the middle creating a patio area and much needed window seating space for Fiona to sip her morning coffee and contemplate life.
This brief was for a generous apartment in a Georgian building, a family of 4 needed adult space for downtime, children's activities and homework, yoga, play, hobbies and eating - phew. Had to work for everyone! Zoning is the key to large spaces, rugs are great quick win.
